eVisit with Reacts
eVisit- your gateway to a convenient patient experience via Telemedicine
A videovisit is a private, secure face-to-face appointment between you and your physician on your smartphone or computer at a specific time range. It is useful for followup appointments to discuss test results, review findings after surgery, or address concerns that do not require a physical examination in the office. Save time and expense and consider this for your next followup. There is no cost to patients.
Steps:
1. Request an eVisit for your next followup appointment, download the Reacts-Secure Collaboration app for your smartphone or tablet, or you can use your computer. Our secretary will collect your email address and give you a date, and a time range for the video call.
2. You will receive an email before the call inviting you to join as a “Guest”. Please wait for this email. Click the [JOIN] button, enter your new password and your account will be created and you will see the message: “Your account has been created”. Then close the browser window at this point, do not login to Reacts at this point.
3. Smartphones: Download the Reacts-Secure Collaboration app from the the iOS App Store (Apple iPhone or iPad) in advance. It is available on the Google Playstore (Android phones or tablets). Enter your email address and password shortly before your booked call to login. You must be logged into Reacts for us to call you. You cannot use a web-browser on your smartphone or tablet, you must use the app. When you use the app for the first time, you need to give Reacts permission to use your camera, microphone, and give you notifications.
4. Computers: Using the Chrome browser, go to www.reacts.com, click [Log In] and enter your email address and password shortly before your booked call to login. When you use Reacts for the first time, you need to give it permission to use your camera, microphone, and give you notifications.
5. Ensure that you are logged into the app or website before the time range over which we will call you on the Reacts app.

8. The physician will now be able to communicate with you. For technical issues, call your physician’s office.
